Boscs have a firmer yet tender flesh that carries their sweet-spiced flavor. AVAILABILITY USAGE The firm texture of the Bosc makes it an excellent choice for baking, broiling, or poaching. It can also be enjoyed for fresh snacking or in salads. September-May

D-ANJOUS +

Juicy with a subtle sweetness and a hint of refreshing lemon-lime flavor, it's truly an all-purpose pear. AVAILABILITY USAGE Once the pear is ripe, it can be refrigerated to slow the ripening process and saved for use up to five days later. August-January

FORELLE +

One of the smallest varieties of pears, Forelles are known for their sweet flavor and juiciness. AVAILABILITY USAGE Snacking is the best way to enjoy a Forelle due to its small size and exceptional sweetness. September-February
